About re999

Who We Are

re999 is Indonesia's trusted online betting platform, founded with a singular mission: to provide Indonesian players with a world-class gaming experience that respects local culture, supports local payment systems, and delivers entertainment in a secure, transparent environment. Since our establishment, we have grown to serve thousands of active members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and beyond, becoming one of the most recognized names in Indonesia's online gaming community.

We understand that Indonesian players have unique needs. You want to bet on football matches from BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, and the UEFA Champions League. You want access to live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, and you want to try your luck on slot gacor (Indonesian slang for "hot slots" with frequent payouts). Most importantly, you want to deposit and withdraw using familiar Indonesian banks like BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, with transactions processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and customer support available in Bahasa Indonesia during WIB business hours.

At re999, we deliver all of this and more. Our platform is not a generic international site hastily translated into Indonesian—it's purpose-built from the ground up for the Indonesian market. Every feature, from our payment gateway integration with Indonesian banks to our customer service team trained in local banking procedures, reflects our deep commitment to serving Indonesian players. We offer comprehensive sports betting coverage including bandar bola (football bookmaking) with Asian Handicap (voor), Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and live in-play betting on hundreds of matches daily. Our casino section features thousands of slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games from the world's leading providers.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple but ambitious: to be Indonesia's most trusted, entertaining, and player-centric online betting platform. We achieve this through three core commitments. First, we prioritize security and fairness above all else. Every game on our platform is certified by independent testing agencies, and we employ 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal information and financial transactions. Second, we invest heavily in local integration. Unlike international platforms that treat Indonesia as an afterthought, we have built deep partnerships with Indonesian payment processors, ensuring instant deposits and fast withdrawals via the banks you already use. Third, we are committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools for self-exclusion, deposit limits, session time reminders, and access to support resources for players who need help. Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of financial distress.

Why Indonesian Players Choose re999

Indonesian bettors have dozens of platform options, so why do thousands choose re999? The answer lies in our relentless focus on the details that matter most to local players. We offer instant deposits through all major Indonesian banks with zero transaction fees—no waiting for international wire transfers or paying conversion charges. Our customer support team includes native Indonesian speakers who understand not just the language, but the culture. When you have a question about depositing via BCA mobile banking or withdrawing to your BRI account, our agents can walk you through the process in Bahasa Indonesia, referencing the exact screens and buttons you see on your Indonesian banking app.

We also curate our sports betting offering to match Indonesian preferences. Yes, we cover the English Premier League and UEFA Champions League extensively because we know these are the top leagues Indonesian fans follow. But we also provide complete coverage of BRI Liga 1, including matches featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, PSM Makassar, Arema FC, and Persebaya Surabaya. We offer betting markets on AFF Cup matches featuring Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda), and we adjust our live betting hours to accommodate WIB timezone peak evening hours when most Indonesian fans are online. Our mix parlay builder is specifically designed for Indonesian betting patterns, allowing you to combine multiple football matches into a single high-odds ticket—a betting style hugely popular in Indonesia but often poorly supported on international platforms.

In our casino section, we feature games that resonate with Indonesian players. Our slot gacor section highlights games with high Return to Player (RTP) percentages and various volatility levels, catering to the Indonesian player preference for understanding a slot's payout characteristics before playing. We offer live dealer games with Asian-style gameplay variations, and we've integrated specialty games like crash games (Aviator-style) and lottery-style draws that mirror the mechanics of traditional togel (Indonesia's popular numbers lottery) but in a legal, internationally regulated online format.

Our Values

re999 is built on five core values that guide every decision we make. Transparency: We believe players deserve to know exactly how our platform works. Our terms and conditions are written in clear English (and available in Indonesian translation for key sections), our bonus wagering requirements are prominently displayed, and our game RTPs are published openly. There are no hidden fees, no surprise terms, and no fine print designed to trap players. Security: Your data and funds are protected by the same encryption standards used by Indonesian banks. We undergo regular third-party security audits and maintain strict internal controls to prevent unauthorized access. Fairness: Every game outcome is determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs), independently tested to ensure unpredictability and fairness. We do not manipulate odds or game outcomes. Localization: We invest in understanding Indonesian culture, preferences, and payment systems. Our platform is not a translated copy of a generic site—it's built specifically for Indonesia. Responsibility: We promote responsible gaming through education, tools, and support. We require all players to be 21+ years of age, and we provide resources for those who need help managing their gaming habits.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

While we are in the entertainment business, we recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals. re999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing support to players who need it. All players must be at least 21 years old to use our platform—this is strictly enforced through our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which requires submission of a valid Indonesian national ID card (KTP). We offer self-exclusion tools that allow players to temporarily or permanently block their access to our platform, deposit limit features that let players set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much they can deposit, and session time reminders that notify players after they've been betting for a predetermined duration. Our customer support team is trained to recognize signs of problem gambling and can direct players to professional help resources. Gambling should enhance your life, not diminish it. If you ever feel that your betting is becoming a source of stress or financial hardship, please reach out to our support team or visit our Responsible Gaming page for assistance.

Looking Ahead

The online betting industry is evolving rapidly, and re999 is evolving with it. We are constantly working to improve our platform, add new features, and expand our game library. In the coming months, we plan to introduce additional e-wallet payment options including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay, expand our live betting coverage to include more Indonesian and regional sports (badminton, volleyball, basketball, esports), launch a mobile app optimized for iOS and Android devices, and introduce a VIP rewards program that recognizes and rewards our most loyal players with exclusive bonuses, faster withdrawals, and dedicated account managers. We are also exploring partnerships with Indonesian sports organizations and community initiatives, though any such partnerships will be announced officially and transparently.

Our vision is for re999 to be more than just a betting platform—we want to be a trusted part of the Indonesian sports and entertainment landscape. Whether you're placing a mix parlay on this weekend's EPL matches, trying your luck on a high-RTP slot gacor, or enjoying a live blackjack session with a professional dealer, we want your experience with re999 to be secure, entertaining, and distinctly Indonesian. Thank you for choosing re999. We look forward to serving you for many years to come.
